• a short description of what happened, plus a screenshot or the image you were working with if it helps.

Common Topics

• A design didn't match my description — tell us the style, layout, and palette you selected so we can help you adjust the prompt.
• I paid but didn't receive my files — send us the email on your account and the approximate time of purchase.
• My images still have a watermark — watermarks are removed automatically once the Wedding Image Pack is unlocked for your project.
• Deleting my account or my data — see our Privacy Policy, or simply email us and we'll take care of it.
