This Acceptable Use Policy (the "AUP") sets out what you may and may not do with Wedding Crest Design (weddingcrestdesign.com). It applies to everything you put into the service — the names, initials, wedding details, free-text descriptions and reference photos you enter — and to everything the service produces for you, including generated crest images and their variations.
This AUP forms part of our Terms of Service and is incorporated into them by reference. By accessing or using the service, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree with it, do not use the service.
Crest images are generated with Google's Gemini image generation models (the "Nano Banana" family), accessed through the Runware inference platform. The same model family serves both the text-to-image path and the reference-image path, so a crest generated from an uploaded photo uses the same underlying technology as one generated from text alone.
We may update, replace, or add models to maintain quality and availability, and we may use other mainstream image providers — for example Black Forest Labs' FLUX models — where they serve a request better. You can ask for the models currently in use by emailing support@weddingcrestdesign.com.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the service. The service is not intended for, and may not be used by, children. You must not use the service on behalf of someone who is not permitted to use it.
You must not use the service to create, upload, request, or distribute content that falls into any of the six categories below. This list is exhaustive as to the categories we prohibit; the examples under each heading are illustrative and not a complete list.
-
Sexual and NSFW content
- Pornography, explicit sexual imagery, or sexually suggestive material of any kind.
- Nudity, or the sexualisation of any person, real or fictional.
- Fetish, erotic, or adult-entertainment themes, including when they are used as a "joke" or a styling choice.
- Prompts, descriptions, or reference photos intended to route around these restrictions.
-
Violence and gore
- Graphic violence, blood, dismemberment, mutilation, or other gory imagery.
- Content that glorifies, celebrates, or instructs on how to carry out violence, self-harm, terrorism, or cruelty to people or animals.
- Weapons content used to threaten, intimidate, or promote harm.
-
Hate speech and harassment
- Content that attacks, dehumanises, or promotes hatred against a person or group on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, age, sex, gender identity, or sexual orientation.
- Slurs, symbols, or coded language associated with hate movements.
- Content intended to harass, threaten, stalk, defame, or bully a specific person.
-
Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Any sexual content involving a minor, including AI-generated, illustrated, animated, or otherwise synthetic depictions of minors.
- Attempts to depict a real or fictional child in a sexual context, or to age-regress an adult for that purpose.
- We have zero tolerance for this category. We report confirmed CSAM to the relevant authorities (such as the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children in the United States) and cooperate fully with law enforcement.
-
Deepfakes, impersonation, and misleading identity use
- Creating content that depicts a real, identifiable person in a false or misleading way, or that a reasonable person could mistake for that person's own work or endorsement.
- Impersonating another individual, couple, brand, or organisation.
- Generating material intended to deceive — for example in connection with fraud, scams, or misinformation.
- Uploading a photo of someone else without their permission.
-
Copyright and trademark infringement
- Reproducing or closely imitating another person's artwork, illustration, logo, monogram, or photograph without permission.
- Using a third-party brand name, wordmark, or trademark in a way that implies affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship we do not have.
- Uploading reference material you do not have the rights to use.
You must also not:
- use the service for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, or in breach of any applicable law;
- attempt to bypass credits, watermarks, payment, generation limits, or any other technical restriction of the service;
- scrape, resell, redistribute, or sublicense the service, its models, its prompt systems, or its templates without our written authorisation;
- interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to compromise the security, integrity, or performance of the service or its infrastructure;
- misrepresent AI-generated output as a photograph of a real event, or use it as evidence in any legal, journalistic, or official context;
- open accounts by automated means, or use the service to build a competing product.
We combine automated and human review to keep the service within this policy:
- Automated screening. Prompts, structured inputs, uploads, and generated images are screened automatically. Where screening flags a request, generation may be delayed, blocked, or refuse to return the requested variation.
- Human review. Flagged generations and reports from users are reviewed by our team. Reviewers look at the input, the generated output, and the surrounding project context.
- Model-provider safeguards. Our upstream model providers apply their own safety filtering. A request may therefore be refused at the provider layer even when it does not obviously breach this policy.
- Record keeping. We retain generation records — the prompt, settings, and a reference to the produced image — as long as needed to investigate violations, comply with the law, and keep the service secure.
- No obligation to publish. We are not obliged to publish, host, or deliver any content that we consider to breach this policy.
We do not systematically pre-screen every generation before it is shown to you — you will normally see your own result immediately. Review happens through automated screening, sampling, and in response to reports.
If you believe content on or produced through Wedding Crest Design breaches this policy, or if you believe your own rights have been infringed, please report it to:
Email: support@weddingcrestdesign.com
Subject line: "AUP report" (or "Copyright report" for a rights complaint)
Please include, where possible:
- the URL or project reference of the content concerned;
- a short description of the problem and the category it falls under;
- a screenshot or copy of the content if you have one;
- your contact details, so we can follow up;
- for a copyright or trademark complaint: identification of the work you own and a statement that you hold the rights or are authorised to act for the rights holder.
We aim to acknowledge reports within 2 business days and to complete our review as quickly as the case allows. We may contact you if we need more information, and we will not disclose your identity to the reported user except where the law requires it.
We may take any of the following actions, with or without prior notice, depending on the severity and repetition of the breach:
- Warning — a notice asking you to stop the conduct.
- Content removal — deleting the offending generation, project, or uploaded file.
- Generation limits — freezing generations, credits, or specific features on your account.
- Suspension — temporarily disabling your account while we investigate.
- Termination — permanently closing your account and refusing further service.
- Reporting — referring the matter to law enforcement or another competent authority, and disclosing content and account information where the law requires or permits it.
- Forfeiture — where a purchase was used to generate content that breaches this policy, the resources it unlocked may be withheld and, where the law allows, the purchase will not be refunded.
Serious breaches — in particular CSAM, credible threats of violence, and content aimed at defrauding others — may result in immediate termination without a warning, and in a report to the authorities.
If you believe an enforcement action was applied in error, reply to the notice we sent you or write to support@weddingcrestdesign.com with the subject "AUP appeal". Tell us what you think we got wrong. We will review the decision and reply with the outcome. Appeals do not apply where content has been referred to law enforcement.
We may update this AUP as the service, our models, or the law changes. The new version takes effect when we publish it on this page, and we update the effective date shown at the top. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the revised policy.
